Dental caries is the most common oral health issue for general population. not only affects quality of life but also brings economic burden to individual and society. The aim this study was determine prevalence dental associated factors among patients. An analytical, cross-sectional conducted patients visiting Department Oral Medicine Nepal Medical College Hospital Kathmandu. results showed that overall 81.6%. participants between 25-34 years highest (33.1%) more females (84.9%). Majority used toothbrush 96.8%, while 78.3% fluoridated toothpaste. Even though claimed use toothpaste, high.
